He's a Disabled American Veteran, an American Cold War Veteran, activated for Desert Storm, with a Harvard Master's Thesis on "Federal Reserve Expansion in Mexico," with Dr. John Womack Jr. as Thesis Director. Financial banking ideas about integrating the American and Mexican banking systems, now the American, Canadian and Mexican energy systems, from his thesis were used for starting, and which are Kocol LLC Internet properties.

The engineers and chemists that have advised John extensively are from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Energy and Environmental Research Center (EERC) at the University of North Dakota, and the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). Our team will manufacture a coal to oil plant that will produce up to 500 barrels of crude oil per day that could go directly into a refinery, and they can also convert the natural gas and CO2 into methanol.
